Still the image quality is not that great. All textures and text close up looks fine, it’s everything behind the steering wheel and further away on the track that looks bad. Maxed out graphics in Assetto Corsa and also tried it on low and medium. Will play around with nvidia control panel to see if it makes a difference.

Can’t play Assetto Corsa in vr. Im using a quest 2 with virtual desktop and whenever I launch assetto corsa in steam it says ”launch in theatre“ (desktop). But when I launch from steam vr it won’t load and I’m stuck on the ”up next“ screen. My pc specs are good for vr so I don’t think that’s the issue.
GPU is a RTX3070. So not super high-end, but surely good enough to run AC on some good settings even in VR. But PP just kills it.. I run the Oculus Tray Tool 0.87 (run it as admin before you start AC) Default Super Sampling = 0. Default ASW Mode = OFF. Adaptive GPU Scaling = ON. FOV Multiplier = 0,00 and 0,00.

André57 Racer. Hi, I use Content manager and my VR is Oculus Cv1.First thing I have to do is select Oculus in the setting. Once I make my combo choice ( car / track) I hit the go button, as soon as the game lunch I see on my left the main menu (in VR) where I can choose to Start the race or the set-up menu etc.
it will never look like it does on youtube because yes those videos are just what the monitor sees.. but there are some things you could try. use rift render mode so you dont have steamvr running ever, and enable fidelityfx in csp, and enable link sharpening tool in OTT or ODB. make sure res slider is all the way up in oculus software. make sure you have a good ppfilter made for vr, like
i'm having the same issue heaps of others are. when i'm trying to play in VR the rift is getting stuck in dash and i can see the mirror (with tracking and all) on my monitor, but nothing on the headset. ive been trying to find a solution and ive tried literally everything, even reinstalled windows/assetto/oculus fresh with no mods or anything and the issue still persisted.
